It is a sports-oriented organization and aims to develop the youth to be socially responsible, embody sportsmanship, act fair play, and further develop the self-esteem of the youth and/ or players. PHBL is also committed to create positive culture that encourages coaches, parents, officials, players, and the community to work together to achieve the mission.
